Use Helix to record your patients' medical details and consultations.
- Health Summary
  Information entered by a practitioner during a consult is added to a patient's Health Summary.
- Consultations
  Record details of a clinical consultation in the Consult panel of the patient's record.

Delete SMS Templates

Delete a centre's SMS template.

About this task

Note: Every centre must have a default SMS template. If you want to delete the default template for your centre, you must first set another template as the default.

Procedure

Access Recall Management settings.
Select SMS templates.
Select the centre for which you want to manage templates. Templates are unique to a centre; they are not shared between centres.
Ensure that you have enabled SMS for recalls for the selected centre. If this toggle is inactive, you won't be able to create new templates for the selected centre.
In the Centre SMS templates, select the template you want to delete and click Delete button.
Click Delete.

Results

If any recall reasons mapped to the template you deleted, those recall reasons are mapped to your default SMS template instead.
