Health Summary

Information entered by a practitioner during a consult is added to a patient's Health Summary iconHealth Summary.

A patient's Health Summary iconHealth Summary is displayed when you open their patient record, either from the patient queue or after you have searched for a patient.

  • View Patient
  • View Health Summary

Conditions

Any conditions recorded for the patient are displayed in their Health Summary.

SNAP Information

A patient's smoking, nutrition, alcohol, physical activity (SNAP) information are displayed in their Health Summary

Immunisations

Any immunisations due for the patient (based on their age) are displayed in their Health Summary panel with a coloured bar on the left side.

To add a new immunisation, click Add iconImmunisation.

Family History

Any family conditions for the patient are displayed in their Health Summary.
