Immunisations with Errors

Check for immunisations that contained an error and so were not uploaded to the AIR.

Before you begin

Permissions:
  • View Immunisation Batch Summary
  • Update Immunisation Batch Summary

Users with the above permissions can resubmit the encounters on behalf of practitioners.

About this task

Recorded immunisations that have failed to upload to the AIR or that have been sent back by Services Australia because of an error are displayed in the Claiming, Banking & Payments iconClaiming, Banking and Payments > Immunisations tab.

Procedure

To resubmit a failed immunisation:
  1. Select claimingClaiming, Banking and Payments > Immunisations tab.

  2. From the list, hover your mouse over the required immunisation that you want to resubmit to the AIR.
  3. Ensure that all the errors are corrected for the immunisation. If not resolved, review the Error codes and their associated Error messages and resolve them.
  4. Click Resubmit iconResubmit.

Results

A failed immunisation is successfully resubmitted to AIR.

What to do next

If required, to print the immunisation claim summary - error report, select the required items or select all and click Print iconPrint.
