Complete actions related to assessments.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View past scores | View the past assessment scores for this patient. |
| Cancel | Cancel the selected assessment and close the  Assessments panel. Tip: To return to the list of
assessments, click  Assessments. |
| Recall | Add a recall for this patient related to this assessment. For more
information, see Recalls. Tip: This action is available only for the Asthma
Action Plan. |
| Medications | Reference medications prescribed to the patient. Tip: This action is available only for
the Asthma Action Plan. |
| Print resources | Print resources for use with the Mini Mental State
Examination. Tip: This
action is available only for the Mini Mental State
Examination. |
| Print blank | Print a blank assessment for the patient to complete and return to you. |
| Save | Save the completed assessment to the Actions section of the  Consult panel. The assessment is not
printed yet. |
| Save & Print | Save the completed assessment to the Actions section of the Consult panel and print it. |
