Visit Items
Visit Items lists service items that are to be billed to the patient.
Service items that the patient is to be billed for are listed in the Visit
Items section of the 
Consult panel.
Typically, the list of service items is defined when the patient presents to pay their
bill, and the visit is recorded. However, the
practitioner can also modify this list.
