Complete a recall

Complete a recall if the clinical interaction is complete.

About this task

When a patient presents for an appointment for which a recall was created, you can complete the recall if the clinical interaction is complete.

Procedure

To complete a recall:
  1. Open the recall.
  2. Click Complete. The recall is removed from the patient's Timeline and is added to the list of Contacted recalls in the Message Centre iconMessage Centre > Recalls tab. For more information, see Message Centre
