View different documents uploaded My Health Record.

Procedure

  1. Open the patient's clinical record.
  2. In the Health Summary iconHealth Summary, click My Health Record icon in Health SummaryMy Health Record.
  3. In the My Health Record icon in Health SummaryMy Health Record panel, click View to view the different documents available for this patient.
  4. By default, depending on the patient data, document types are preselected. Deselect document types, to view only the required set of documents for this patient.

  5. If required, select an Access Type to display a specific type of document, from the following options:
    • Open Access - available to every practitioner.
    • Access Code - available to practitioners who have been given the patient's access code (created by the patient).
    • Emergency access - grants the current practitioner access to documents that would normally require an access code. To be used in case of emergency. You will be required to confirm that your emergency access to the record is necessary.
  6. Click Access.

Results

The patient's records are listed.

What to do next

If necessary, you can filter the list of documents by date.
Date range example
To view an existing document, select it in the list.
Example preview of a patient's allergies and adverse reactions.

To print the opened document, click Print.

A Shared Health Summary document created from Helix can be removed. Click Remove and enter a reason for removal.
