Access a Patient's My Health Record

Procedure

  1. Open the patient's clinical record.
  2. In the Health Summary iconHealth Summary, click My Health Record icon in Health SummaryMy Health Record.

Results

The patient's record is displayed if available.

If My Health Record is not available, one of the following icons is displayed:

  • Indicates that the patient's IHI has not been recorded.
  • Indicates that the patient's My Health Record information could not be retrieved.
