Signing Documents

Store a digital signature that can be applied to documents you need to sign.

About this task

Signatures are uploaded and managed through the Signature module in Settings, and can be applied to documents you create in Letter Writer.

Procedure

To upload the signature file:
  1. Select User iconuser > Settings iconSettings.
    The Settings window displays.

  2. In the Settings panel, click Signature tab.
    The My Signature window displays.
    Note: In the following example there are not signatures saved yet.

  3. To add a new signature, click Upload signature.
    Instructions for how to prepare and upload your signature file are displayed.

  4. To upload your prepared signature file, click Choose file.
  5. Locate and select the signature image file that you want to upload.

Results

The signature is added to Helix.
