ACL Past Results
ACL will queue all your practice’s past results if you have not downloaded them with an ACL Secure Medical Services Client previously.
If you do not want to receive any past results and want only to receive current results from the date that the ACL configuration is completed, you will need to first call ACL IT Support and ask them to remove the past results for the date range that you require.
If you do not ask the ACL Lab to remove past results from the queue, those messages will be received by Helix and you will need to assign every past result you receive.
Ensure you call ACL IT support and request all past results are removed by ACL IT support before you contact Helix Customer Service.
