Hospital Patients Results
If the practitioners at your health service also practice part-time at a hospital, ACL will queue test results requested for patients seen at the hospital and who aren't necessarily patients of your practice.
To prevent these ‘non-patient’ results from being received electronically, call ACL IT support on 1300 669 961 and request that all non-practice patient results be removed from the ACL electronic queue before the practice begins to receive electronic results.
If you do not make this request, those results will remain unassigned in Helix. Also ensure all non-patient results are removed by ACL IT support before you contact Helix Customer Service.
