HealthLink SmartForms

Helix integrates with HealthLink SmartForms to enable practices to send electronic referrals and other types of forms securely.

Note:
To enable HealthLink SmartForms, complete the following steps:
  1. If you don't have an existing HealthLink account, register with HealthLink here. Remember the EDI code and password provided to you.
  2. After you have received an EDI from HealthLink, log a support ticket with Helix Support to request activation of HealthLink SmartForms.

    Your practice will be placed on a wait list for the onboarding process. Part of the onboarding process is to configure your FHIR repository (Smart API+) so the time taken to complete this step will vary and depends on the size of your database and the complexity of your practice.

  3. After your practice has been onboarded, you will be contacted by the Helix team.
